These terms apply to the ProClipper website and Android app, operated by the developer reachable at 2015n1546@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy.

Using the service

ProClipper helps you create and edit videos or clips, download them, publish to an authorized channel, and view available analytics. Use it only with content you own or have permission to process and publish. You remain responsible for copyright, privacy, consent, accuracy, and any disclosures required for your content. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, bypass access controls, or distribute unlawful content.

Your account and publishing choices

Keep your account secure and connect only channels you are authorized to manage. Review generated media, captions, titles, tags, visibility, and scheduling choices before publication. If you enable automatic workflows, you authorize the actions described by those settings until you disable them. Generated suggestions may contain mistakes. Service availability and features depend on your plan, source availability, and external API limits.

YouTube and third-party services

ProClipper uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Third-party services apply their own terms and privacy policies. ProClipper is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Storage and availability

Files may expire according to the retention settings shown in the app. Download content you want to preserve. Uploads, downloads, AI results, analytics, and scheduled actions depend on external services and may fail or be delayed. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific editing results, or publication timing, subject to applicable law.

Access, changes, and contact

Access may be restricted for abuse, security, plan limitations, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time. Contact 2015n1546@gmail.com for support or account deletion. We will publish updates to these terms here with a revised date.
